Four options
Our personnel recruitment service offers four options to meet the needs of our clients. The first option includes writing and sending a job advertisement, validating the job profile and information sheet, posting the advertisement on the multi-site job platform, managing and selecting applications, inviting candidates, managing negative responses and selecting potentially interesting candidates. We then proceed with a first video interview, individual on-site interviews, as well as preparation, management and correction of a battery of 4 recruitment tests taken by each candidate. We provide a complete file of the 2 to 3 best candidates per profile and assistance in decision-making.
The second option includes writing and sending a job advertisement, validating the job profile and information sheet, posting the advertisement on the multi-site job platform, managing and selecting applications, inviting candidates, managing negative responses and selecting potentially interesting candidates. We then proceed with a first video interview, transmitting personality and job tests to the candidates, and transmitting interesting applications to the manager with a complete file.
The third option offers writing and sending a job advertisement, validating the job profile and information sheet, posting the advertisement on the multi-site job platform, managing and selecting applications, inviting candidates, managing negative responses and selecting potentially interesting candidates. We then transmit interesting applications to the manager.
The fourth option consists of sending a battery of 5 tests, such as the personality test (social style hypothesis), the test on motivation drivers, the test on management styles, the test on technical-quantitative calculations and commercial products, and the test on job knowledge. In addition, we offer an Assesfirst test (70 pages): a complete analysis of personality, motivation, abilities, and consistency based on the proposed position. We send the application file with the complete analysis and proceed with a telephone feedback interview.
